IT Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in the ERP sector.
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through targeted sales efforts.
Understand the Saudi market, its business needs, and industry challenges to offer tailored ERP solutions.
Analyze client pain points and recommend improvements that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to align solutions with client needs.
Establish and refine sales processes, including CRM setup and pipeline management.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Continuously assess market trends and propose improvements to enhance the company’s offerings.
Lead the expansion of the sales team, hiring and mentoring new team members as needed.
Requirements:
Strong experience in B2B IT/ERP sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Deep understanding of the Saudi market and business environment.
Proven track record of successfully driving sales and managing client relationships.
Ability to set up and optimize sales strategies, processes, and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and scale a team.
